The economic and social crisis that has been holding the stage in Europe and worldwide for the past years (or in some instances, as is the case with Italy, cyclically recurring over the last few decades), has caused discomfort to be seen as an ordinary, almost endemic condition, individually as much as collectively. Itās difficult to find ways of escaping it, and itās even more difficult to envision alternatives to its determining factors. But if the latter cannot be easily removed, itās at least possible to analyze their root causes and try to conceive strategies that could attenuate those factors or āwork aroundā them, limiting discomfort and suggesting potential forms of resistance to its effects.
