Tornano al Politecnico di Milano i grandi protagonisti dell’architettura contemporanea internazionale per discutere e presentare le loro filosofie e ricerche progettuali, attraverso le numerose opere già realizzate e in corso. L’occasione è la settima edizione delle Conferenze di Novembre, quest’anno dedicate ai progettisti di Barcellona, organizzate con il coordinamento scientifico di Matteo Ruta, in collaborazione con la fondazione tedesca Sto Stiftung.
Le Conferenze di Novembre si svolgono come sempre in parallelo con i cicli analoghi organizzati in altre prestigiose università europee: Stoccarda, Praga, Londra, Graz e Parigi.

Toni Gironès Saderra’s Curriculum
PhD. Architect in 2016 (cum laude). Graduated of the School of Architecture of the Vallès (ETSAV) – UPC in 1992.
Projects teacher at ETSAV until 2005 and from that moment he has been: Head of Teaching, coordinator of the first and second courses and professor-coordinator of the “Projects and Drawing” courses I-II and “Projects and Urbanism” courses II in the “School of Architecture of Reus – URV”.
Established since 1993 as an independent professional, invited as a lecturer in different countries and his work recognized with several exhibitions, publications and awards in a national and international background.
Premio International DOMUS Fassa Bartolo 2018 de la Università degli Studi di Ferrara. Gold medal, 2018.
Premio international Alejandro de la Sota. 1st Price, 2017.

In 2013, his work was exhibited in SAM (Swiss Architecture Museum) in Basel. Exhibition: “Space & Matter: Life & place.”
In 2014, he represented the Catalan Pavilion inside the XIV Biennale Architecture Exhibition in Venice.
In 2016, he was selected by the curator of the XV Biennale Architecture Exhibition in Venice, Alejandro Aravena, to participate with a pavilion from the studio to the exhibition “Reporting from the front” in the Arsenale.
In the same year, he was selected with the project “80 Social Housing in Salò” in the Spanish pavilion which won the “Leone d’oro”.
