MANTOVARCHITETTURA 2020 – Cristián Undurraga

Massimo Ferrari, professor of Architectural Composition in the MSc Architectural Design and History at Mantova Campus, introduces the lesson of the architect Cristián Undurraga.

Cristián Undurraga, together with Ana Luisa Devés established the studio Undurraga Devés Arquitectos in Santiago, Chile. His career is appreciated at national and international level. He was awarded the prize Arquitectura Joven (1977) together with Ana Luisa Devés and Alejandro Simonetti. He received the Andrea Palladio International Prize for Architecture (1991), the International Prize Bienal Panamericana in Quito (2004), the Gold Medal Bienal de Miami (2005), the prize Ciudad, Fundacion, Futuro of Chile (2005). In 2009 he has been appointed Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
