During the Graduation Ceremony of the Alta Scuola Politecnica, Alberto Piatti, Executive Vice President of ENI, and Andrea Ruckstuhl, Head of Italy and Continental Europe of Lendlease, will give their lectures as Guest Speakers.

Alberto Piatti works in Eni as Executive Vice President in Responsible and Sustainable Enterprise Unit (under the Chief Services & Stakeholder Relations Officer). Under his responsibilities, he has Eni strategy and implementation for Company worldwide Community Investments Projects, Sustainability Strategic Relations, Sustainability Communication and Reporting. Alberto has a long experience in the no profit and international cooperation sectors.
From July 2013 to January 2015, he was President of an important italian NGO, starting as General Secretary (2004-2013) and Managing Director (1996).
Since his appointment, he transformed the size and presence of the NGO: from 15 original projects to 100, from 12 countries to 38 (in Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia) and the budget increased from 4.5 million to 30 million €, collaborating with Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry, UN agencies, European Commission, World Bank, IDB, USAID, Italian and multinational companies in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. He developed the fund raising in the private sector bringing the contribution at around 50% of the budget with a network of over 30,000 small donors, and introduced a budget management and control systems certification process. Activities have been focused on urban development, vocational training, micro-entrepreneurship, health, education and family, food security, agriculture, environment. He elaborated projects and built alliances in the field of rural and agribusiness development in Lebanon, Argentina, Congo Brazzaville, Haiti, involving public institutions and international research institutes.

Andrea Ruckstuhl is currently Head of Italy and Continental Europe of Lendlease, with a particular focus on large-scale urban regeneration schemes. As part of this activity Andrea will be leading an initiative to explore innovative ways of delivering sustainable urban regeneration, including how to
tackle some of the biggest challenges cities are facing such as the provision of social infrastructure and affordable housing. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure and property industry in international markets.
He joined BLL as Senior Project Manager in 2004 with responsibilities over a PPP hospital project, the start-up of over €1,5b urban regeneration project in Milan and a large PPP scheme of over €5b in Montecarlo.
In 2007 he was appointed Country Manager and since then worked to reposition the business in the contracting and PPP sector. Since 2012 also the property development business was launched completing the offers of Lendlease under the integrated model.
In 2012 he took the role of Executive General Manager for the CEMEA region overlooking the restructuring of the business in the Region with over 18 countries.
In 2014 he joined the regional Board in EUROPE in London and become a member of the Regional Investment Committee.
Andrea collaborates with different NGOs and Social Entrepreneurships in projects in Africa (Burundi, Namibia, Senegal) and South America (Perù, Brazil) in the fields of sustainable economic development, infrastructure, impact investing and education.
