The event will be dealing with the following challenge: “How can the ideation of new communication styles, the use of Open Data and the development of ICT help these ‘new citizens’ – the migrants – understand and get access to some bureaucratic procedures without knowing the language or being familiar with the particular dynamics of our Public Administration?“
