“La Voglia matta” is a 1962 film that, together with “Il Sorpasso”, launched the immature but irrepressible cinematographic talent of Catherine Spaak, flanked here by the unforgettable Ugo Tognazzi.

Area M intends to propose, in the context of its 2019 Music Season, a jazz and movie version of Luciano Salce’s masterpiece, interpretating the ardent passion in music that unites the aged (for the times) protagonist and the very young Francesca, admirably personified, as already described, by Catherine Spaak.
