New Farini Scenarios

Introduced by Ilaria Valente, Stefano Boeri and Cino Zucchi will describe the design experience recently conducted during the work: “From the Rail Yards the New City”, sponsored by FS Sistemi Urbani.

Gabriele Pasqui will describe the results of a research organized with DAStU Department called: “Transformation of the Rail Yards in Milan. Outcome of a confrontation on the expectations, needs and desires of local subjects”; finally Alessandro Rocca will present the results of the 4th MIAW, devoted this year to the future of the Farini Rail Yard.

The event takes place within the frame of the Workshop “Reforming Urban Voids: Farini Raily Yard Milan” organized by the School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
