World at Polimi: Kazakhstan

The great Steppe: past and present

The main idea of this event is to introduce Kazakhstan, with its traditions and culture, to the students, professors, and staff of Politecnico. An exhibition will carry the visitor through the history and craft tradition of Kazakhstan and with the support of our Kazakh students, it will be possible to participate in the traditional game called “Ask”. The event also includes a musical performance where the protagonist will be the national instrument called “Dombyra”, as well as a traditional women dance show.

This event represents a unique and funny opportunity to discover that unknown country called Kazakhstan!
