Close your laptop and… Let’s move! On June 23rd, Politecnico celebrates Olympic Day with a day dedicated to movement, sport, and wellness, offering numerous free sports activities designed for you. Join us to discover tools and practices for adopting a more active and healthier lifestyle.

The program offers something for everyone: Sunrise Yoga at Campus Leonardo, Yoga Flow at Campus Bovisa, Crossfit and Tai Chi at the Giuriati Sports Center, online wellness lessons, free bookings for padel courts, giant football matches, and an engaging Zumba Party.

Don’t miss the walk organized by Wellness Foundation, a chance to move together and celebrate the Olympic values of wellness and sharing.

Registration is open to the entire Polimi community until places run out. In case of bad weather, some activities may be modified or canceled.
